This touching personal story popped out one night as musician John Teleska and I were fooling around in the studio. My grandfather was a significant part of my childhood, and this is one of my favorite memories of him. The interplay between words and music leaves the listener with a sense of "wisdom of the elders" experienced by children in the presence of their grandparents.
